The weights that i made were two gallons filled with sand that weigh approximately 13 pounds. There are many different workouts that you are able to do with these jugs but the three that I chose were squats, lunges, and bicep curls. Squats work on your leg muscles such as quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves. Lunges also workout the same muscles and glutes. These jugs are able to be used everyday for daily workout to increase your strength. I can use these gallons everyday for a daily workout to improve my strength and agility. These gallons can help with sports because they can make you stronger. They are also easy to use and doesn't need any instructions. These jugs are very stable and don,t think they would break. The jugs are for more teenage people because i don't think elders would be able to lift them. Since i used the weights i can see a change in my body mass and i feel stronger. Even though they don't weigh as much after a few sets you start to feel the burn. I am satisfied with the outcome after using the weights for a while. They are also very easy to create all you need is any gallon after you are done with it and some sand. Which can be found in any local park and create a workout built for your body. |
